Last year they were considered to be slightly more open than usual terrain-wise, presumably due to resources being stretched a bit thin, but there was no such issue this time. If anything the tables were a little on the dense side overall, but the vast majority were in what could be considered a 'normal' range. Most importantly they almost all looked gorgeous!
The pictures below are presented in no particular order and were taken before any games were played on them. I believe that all the pictures were taken side-on.

Thank you for the dump!
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome, I hope it is useful. :)
DeleteMuch appreciated fort he photo dump! It's great to see such a variety of terrain and set-ups!!
ReplyDeleteSome of them were absolutely gorgeous, especially the Haqq walled oasis. I'm a bit glad that I didn't have to play on it, but it was very pretty.
DeletePeter, can I ask if you got a look at the Aleph or USAriadna tables in the pics up close, it looks like they are new MAS game-mats that we haven't seen anything for yet?
ReplyDeleteCheers mate, thanks for the pics.
I'm afraid I don't know which company made the game mats.
DeleteI played on one of the Ariadna looking mats though (Helipad and road markings with lots of foliage) and the quality was excellent.
I think they are from Micro Arts Estudio, roughly 50€/mat las time i checked them
DeleteThanks dudes,
DeleteI'd seen the districts and moto.tronica style one before but those two are new.
